Trailer Brake Controller Installation - 2013 Lexus RX 350- Video
Today in our 2013 Lexis RX 350 we're going to be installing and taking a look at the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 trailer brake controller, part number 90195. And to help us with this install we're going to be using the universal installation kit for trailer brake controllers, part number ETBC7. Here's what a brake controller looks like fully installed. It doesn't take up a whole lot of room underneath your dash. Now this brake controller uses inertia and what that's going to mean is how hard you push on the brake pedal is how hard it's going to mirror pushing on the trailer brakes. What's nice about this controller is once you have it set up for your specific trailer, you're not going to have to worry about it anymore unless you change your weight.
